Hi all,

So I'm doing a panto with my electric kit (DTXtreme III Special) at the moment (for a variety of wild and exciting reasons) and I'm using the 6 individual outs on the back.

Now a few questions:

1) It seems to be outputting the sounds without any of the effects I get normally - as in the sound I'm getting in my headphones (a pre fade aux return from the desk) sounds very different. Is there a reason for this?

2) I can't seem to find a way to route the "snare buzz" so it comes out of an individual out. Any ideas? That's still coming out the main stereo out and headphones.

There must be a way to change that - otherwise it's just daft!

Thanks for any help or advice,

Cheers,

Tom

Ah right.

Simon Edgoose (on here sometimes) is the DTX Jedi.

Thanks Mick.

Metallic, I've routed the pads to the outputs, it's the "effects" that don't seem to route such as snare buzz.

Go to Drumkit > press F2 and then SF2 and press the right-arrow twice. There's an output selector there. Is that what you're looking for?

Page 57 of the manual might be of use.

Dont own a DTX but on similar modules you only get effects on the Main Stereo outs, on the individual outputs you just the "dry" sound.
