I've got big hands and like the dia and length of a 2b but would like the feel of a 5A or maybe even a 7A if thats possible.

Any suggestions?

I've got large hands (octave and four) and I use Vic Firth American Jazz sticks, perhaps the thinnest sticks around..

Also, I should say that the SD11's probably weigh no more (or perhaps even weigh less) than such as the VF Peter Erskine Ride stick which is probably it's nearest hickory equivalent. Definitely worth a try.

I use the Vic Firth SD11s and they're great. They sound great on drums and cymbals, are fairly resilient, have a great throw and sit in the hands beautifully. A bit hard to track down a pair, but they're worth it!
