Don't know if this has been posted before, but this 6 year old plays almost flawless Weckl.

Nervous? I know one or two pro drummers who would have looked a lot more nervous than this if they were on live national television!
I cringed last year when the young English lad appeared on Britain's Got Talent playing 'Wipe-Out' - it just sounded like someone pounding a relentless and repetitive beat, with no dynamics or musicality whereas, in comparison, this 6 year old plays like a seasoned musician!

Well, the giveaway for the song name is in the title of the video. It's "The Zone" from the Dave Weckl Band album "Rhythm of the Soul" and is available on an "In Session" teaching product with charts and sans-drums tracks.

Actually, there's plenty of his own stuff (or perhaps his teacher's stuff) in there - it's not a verbatim copy of the Weckl original drum track.

It'll be interesting to see how he develops as he gets older.

Kind of puts "wipeout" on BGT and the British audience's derision at it into perspective.

Awesome! Though I'm not sure how I feel about a 6 year old being more talented than me at doing something I have done for 4 times his life! :-0
:-)

Good boy!
Jock-Funk still thrives in Serbia. Horrah!
