Posted - 31/07/2012 : 14:26:11 I had one as a kid. It was the Ringo Starr version. Just a kiddies toy but I wish I still had it for the nostalgia value. I had a 40 year hiatus between losing that drum (or losing interest in it) and starting to play "proper" drums. Why? What a waste. |

Posted - 30/07/2012 : 02:35:45 They used to sell these in Woolworths in the 1960's. I always badgered my mum and dad to buy me one, and was never lucky enough to get one. In the end I 'aquired' my dad's kit and the rest is history as they say. |
