I'd BIN if it wasn't a new, zero rated seller.

£125 is very good valve, possibly too cheap, so why are people bidding lower amounts in the faint hope thay can possibly get it for a tenner less?

Assuming the seller is legit you'd always get your money back on this.

Sometimes seller is better off, othertimes the buyer is better off. Like most things on Ebay its a gamble.

Yes, but you do run the risk of being outbid, or someone else just paying the BIN etc.
