I'm renovating a kit which is either FEPOS or an unbadged premier olympic. Does anyone know what screws I need for attaching the lugs to the shells? The ones I've removed are rusted beyond help and I can't bring myself to re-use them.

I'm thinking M4? But not sure of the thread pitch or any other measurement which might matter.

Cheers cap'n. I'll give the M4's a whirl first then.

M4 is quite a common one. Old Olympics probably had an Imperial size self-tapper, which would be hard to source nowadays, but Mike Ellis/Baskey Vintage would probably help. With some lugs there is enough material to re-tap the lugs, but not usually on Fepos, because they are not particularly thick walled or high quality monkey metal.
