I am trying to refurbish an old Hawkes bass marching drum. Some of the rope use for tensioning the skins haas rotted and some of the leather tensioners are missing. Could someone please tell me where I might be able to buy these parts. Thanks.

Good Afternoon Barry T,
I have many old leather tensioning flaps and a fair amount of vintage rope which you are welcome to.
Perhaps you could message me with your precise requirements via the infernal system.
Happy to help, toll free, gratis etc...
