Hi all, this is my first attempt at a drum kit restoration. Im quite pleased with it and learnt some do's and dont's along the way.

Hiya Joe,great finish, man, goes nice with the badges, but whats them spurs??

Curator of all things Mahogany duroplastic and Black shadow tinged.

The spurs are from a local music shop.. stagg i think. I have got the originals but i want to gig this kit and didnt think they would be man enough.

The wrap isnt as dark as i thought it would be but i like it anyway.

Ive got another Beverley kit to do now that has the premier fittings and spurs. Then im gonna look out for a gretsch to restore.

Great job matey.

The Geordie contingency. I feel sorry for people who don't drink because when they get up in the morning that's as good as they're gonna feel all day!. dw, yammy x2 ,TD8, sabian,zildjian,paiste, protection racket.stella artois, red wine, gin & tonic (lots).

Hi Ian,
I dont have any badges im afraid. I have 3 badges for the other kit i have and one badge for the finished kit. The badges shown in the pics were made by myself until i can find some originals. Im quite happy to email you the file of the badges i made.
