I know it is beautifully made but, sad to say, to me it looks as though it is covered in wood-effect Fablon.

Its the classic custom kit that has very little appeal on the secondhand market and thus worth nothing near the original price!

Thanks for saying that, thought it was just me! There's no questioning highwood's quality, but I can get past that either - it does look like that fablon stuff! If I ever had the money, think it would be a wood stain or sparkle for me. Their acrylics look sweet too.
