I have this kit, though mine is a right mess! Still sounds nice and still best bass drum I own. I want a 12" tom to go with the 13 and 14 on mine. Fat chance of finding one on it's own!

Don't suppose anyone wants this but hates 12" toms!!?

It had crossed my mind! Pick-up only though. Too far for me.

Well - if you decide to go for it - I'm 15 mins from Fulham - I could pack it for collection by a courier.

Thanks a lot for the offer but I really should be sensible and wait for a cheaper more beat-up one! Will let you know if I stay daft!

There was once a set like that in a rehearsal room in Perth but it was beat up to buggery and then one day it was gone.

Resonators and Ufips....just beautiful. www.vintageolympic.co.uk

Rotocasting is definitely the pinnacle of cymbal manufacture!

...wasn't me!!! ha ha! I've got two bass drums for mine too, so an extra tom (well two) would give me the Billy Cobham option. He played the sunburst version of this more famously during the Mahavishnu days, but did have a set of these at one point too. Indeed, the guy I bought them off was told by the person he got them off that they actually were Billy's at one point! Either way, nice sounding kit!

I know! What makes it worse is I've seen another one since, and narrowly missed out on it! My (slim) hope is someone will get bored of it and sell it. In this climate though, I'm not even sure it'll go for what it's listed for.
