Picked up an old badly pitted 10-lug Premier 1036 at the weekend. Intend to clean up and renovate best I can - any ideas guys as to what it's worth?
Ludwig vintage Vistalite (Tequila Sunrise), Super Classic (Champagne sparkle), Speed King/Hercules, vintage Avedis Zildjian. Snares: Vistalite & Acrolite.

1036 - 10 Speedboat lugs, bevelled steel shell?

Not very much, I am afraid - they were pretty standard fare with a lot of XPK/APKs in the eighties. 40-50Ģ should make you a happy man, especially if itīs pitted.

A nice Rock-snare, though, if you like steel.

I thought it was the 1026 that came with APKs and XPKs.

Actually, I think the 1005 and 1006 were standard fare - but my friend got his with a 1036, suitable for his Power Toms. Must have been around 1985...

I have a 1036 with the "CLUB" series badge underneath. It came with a 1981 WMP Club kit.

I need to polish it and sell it !

That's the baby, but mines got the earlier strainer with pepperpot holes for cord. Cleaned it up tonight, and it's looking good. Be on the Bay soon I guess...
