In short Yes, if you are removing the black plastic clamps that hold the mount.
Take off the chrome tom mount (one bolt on each plastic clamp, then remove the two tube lugs with the plastic clamps on from the drum, take off one of the rubber gaskets and behind is a grub screw, remove this and the end of the lug will come off, then slide off the plastic clamp, repeat to other tube lug.
