10 billion loan to the IMF that's on top of the 30 billion we have already gave them.
We will never get the money back and its your kids that will be paying it back.
I really needed to stop looking at the news, newpapers and put my head in a bucket of sand and think its going to be ok.

IMF? Mission Imposssible?

Don't bury your head, Kev! Best just to read it, take it in, and move on. There's no point in dwelling on what's going to happen when today is already happening.

No one on here know's what we went though trying to pay the bill's when Jordan was ill.
Our the amount of people losing there home's because of illness really really get to me if we cannot help our own then don't not help others.

Kev. It's never been fair. Never. We're all on the edge in our own ways, which means we have to get out there and embrace the day. The bad news will still be there when you want it. Expect nothing from those in politics whom you have such high expectations of. Look after yourself and cherish those who cherish you. The rest is just ********. Honestly.

Super cool - and bongos too!

Amen Bro !

Kev, I gave up reading papers and watching the news a while ago - I guarantee it made a huge difference in a very positive way. Why get yourself wound up over many things you in isolation can do little about, that's even if it is not warped Bullsheeeeat in the first place.

Trouble is you then find you have a lot of time freed up and you end up resorting to expensive hobbies...... but some of them are great fun !

Or you could stop and take the time to try and understand issues and not just post gloom and doom comments on headlines and soundbites.

"No one knows"? Do you really think you are the only one here who has struggled to pay bills when a loved one was ill or dying, Kev? Plenty here have experienced it and know damned well what it's like.

Come on guys,

Do you really know what he went through, your experiences cannot of been exactly the same and by sheer luck i have not had to go through what some of you have and admire anyone in that situation, but we all deal differently and im sure it wasn't meant as a "woes me, no one else has it this bad".

Anyway

Ignorance with the news is bliss as most of it never affects me and even if it does affect me there is nothing little old me can do about it. It saddens me to see how times when i have watched it all i do is shake my head and say "the world today" and im 33 with little experience of life

Old saying "no news is good news" but i was proved wrong by reading about a young lad who is a champion runner and he lost both his legs, this made my day

Just to be clear, he became a champion runner AFTER he lost his legs didn't he ?

I was a bit worried on the first reading

Ah yeh sorry I meant he lost his legs and then became a champion runner, really admire him and many others such as our troops who have lost limbs and more in service and still have conquered more than I ever will

I wish there was more in the news about these guys and I would read it everyday

There are families worldwide who have suffered incredibly through no fault of their own.

I have worked at numerous charity shows where tears have streamed down the faces of many onstage and in the audience. You have to count your blessings.

No one is immune from grief,no one.

We all handle it in different ways but compassion reigns supreme.

Shut it and whack the poxy things!
