I picked this up. birch shell with huge re rings. 8 Bev lugs & Hi Fi throw

I filled all holes for the lugs, turned it in to a 10 lug and added a premier internal damper. sanded down, wrapped and assembled.

Lovely drum, not worth anything really, but im pleased with the way it went and the finished result
(Hifi throw was swapped for a modern one)

If it's worth playing, it's worth something imho (though not necesarily in monetary terms). I've made/converted several snares and they sound great and I enjoy using them. None of them would fetch more than a few quid on ebay, but that doesn't bother me.

You've done a great job there, well done.
