Hello,
We're looking for a drummer for our original material band based in Newcastle uopn Tyne.
You would need to have your own great gear, own transport and have a great feel, sound and groove.
We're a four piece (bass, guitar, drums, vocals) in our late 30s and are good musicians (some of us professional) and produce and record our own music.
We'd be expecting to do a recording session every year, practice every week/2 weeks and expect to do a local gig every month, with maybe the odd weekend away for a festival.
So if anyone is interested in being involved in an original band making the highest quality music for our own gratification, but not have to tour the country in the back of a transit van, this is the band for you!
Influences on the band - anything that grooves really. We're a rock band but have influences from Curtis Mayfield to Prince to Janes Addiction to Grunge and everything in between.
