Hi there,
I realise that i may well be rehashing older posts, but can anyone reccomend the ideal, but easy to find and inexpensive glue for wrap??
I,m re covering a 20" bass frum with white pearl wrap bought from Gerd at S.T Drums,
I would prefer to use a water based adhesive, but all the reccomendations ive read only seem to be available in minimum quantities of 1 litre, and cost the earth.
Since im only doing the one drum and would probably not use the bulk of it, this will be an extra expense i'd like to avoid if possible.
I have previously covered a kit in a mettallic red wrap also from S.T using ordinary solvent based adhesive, with no problems apart from a cpouple of dark patches showing in some lights on one of the drums which I can live with, but I am unwilling to risk this happening on the white pearl wrap where I fear it might be more obvious
Any help would be appreciated, otherwise I will resort to using tape which I feel will be a "second best" alternative

Should you furnish me with your address by way of the infernal system Mr P I will happily send you enough 3M 30NF to do the job.
Gives me an excuse to finish the smidgen of Gentleman's Relish gleaming at the bottom of the jar.
