Are they gromets or eyelets for the air holes

Any of the custom builders will have them Kev, But you might even find them in B&Q and the likes if they don't have to be a specific size (ie; to fit through a badge)

That's probably your best bet. Most of the ones you will see in DIY shops are too short for most wooden shells.

Gareth atHighwood has the standard type and heavy duty threaded ones with a bolt on the back.
Ludwig, Rogers, HipGig. Too many snare drums. Lots of K's. Endorsee for Protection Racket, KickPort and De La Cruz Custom Drumkeys.

I'm trying to find these on the Highwood site but keep getting a 404 error on the shop page - anyone else having this problem or do I need to feed the mice a bit more so they run the wheel a little faster??
