The Geordie contingency. I feel sorry for people who don't drink because when they get up in the morning that's as good as they're gonna feel all day!. dw, yammy x2 ,TD8, sabian,zildjian,paiste, protection racket.stella artois, red wine, gin & tonic (lots).

Thanks guys I cant lie it was bloody tough I was unwell at around 13 miles and then had trouble keeping anything down from then on. These isotonic drinks just dont agree with me.
It was also very hot.

So a little disappointed as I would have liked to feel better and enjoy it more during the run but I did it in 5 hours 18 min and raised a load of cash for a good charity in the name of Jordan.

I think my marathon running days could be over!!!

All good today back in the gym today, have no aches and pains.
My running partner did well and kept me going.
Slightly disappointed that I felt the way I did yesterday but it is what it is and all I wanted to do was finish and get the money for TCT so was never going to stop.
