We were picking up a pair of glasses for one of the Baronets Mully this afternoon. The pretty young receptionist told me to take a seat and she'd get them out in a few minutes. Excellent service, I thought, best offer I've had all week. I was to be sadly disappointed...

So what you're saying is 'they are now a seat short and have a flustered receptionist', you deserve to be disappointed.
