I bought an old Marshall amp recently which had a bit of a volume issue. Anyway, to cut to the chase I found a faulty part so I emailed Marhsall late last week to see about ordering a replacement switch. I got a nice reply earlier saying they'd stick a couple in the post for me free of charge. Makes a change for a big firm to look after their customers in this way, specially as the amp is an old battered thing
Big time thumbs up from me. |

Yeah but typical how two days have gone by and only one person has anything to say on it. I only mean - if it were negative feedback the list of replies would be 3 pages long by now!
Nice one marshall! |

That's because everyone was away to buy some earplugs for when Beez fixes his Amp.
Great stuff Marshall, quality gear, quality service.
edit: Beez, the volume issue, was it the Dial that went up to Eleven that was faulty, or do you have a bottom of the range amp that only goes up to Ten? |
