Now then. I've signed up for SITMS (No 675) and although excited i'm also a little apprehensive I must admit! i wasn't at the last one and don't know what to expect – really looking forward to it though.
So – is there anyway we can make ourselves known to each other? – I wondered about printing out the mikedolbear forum logo and adding our user name on there so we can pick each other out or something?
Don't want to step on any toes or be in breach of any rules or anything – did you lot do anything like this before.
Anyway – they have increased the capacity 846 so it should be a splendid sight/sound and we should smash the record! Looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you lot.

| We definitely have done something like this before. FenProgFenJeremyProgFen did stickers during the Jordan Terris event and Scary did aubergine ones for NDF a couple of years ago. |

^ Just guessing but I would imagine they want to encourage as many as possible to buy the 2012 T shirt as this helps fund the venue hire.

From Rick Prince. The day is about SITMS as a whole, not individual groups.
It's also the reason that we're not going in first again. One's arrival time is dictated by one's number. |

As Prog said, we need to respect the organisers wishes and not rock the boat.
However, I've been thinking about this. How about if I order a load of 1" aubergine pin badges with the MD.com logo on it (obviously I'll clear it with Mike first)? The ones on Ebay work out at about 30p each for 50. If everyone who wants one gives me a quid each then any profits can go into the SITMS coffers. They won't be personalised but they'll only be available to forum members, so if you spot someone with one on you'll know they're 'one of us'. They might be useful at other drum shows too. Think of them as a Blue Peter badge for the forum |

Me too – it's a good idea – all we need to know is your number/position and we come and collect them from you? – If you are sure you don't mind sorting it it would be great.

10.Q – My friend is drummer number 10 and I am drummer number 600 can we set up together? A – Yes, as long as you arrive together you will be able to set up together.
It is my intention that we will all be together especially for Charlotte. I know it is all for charity and I have all the good intentions but this is very important for the 3 of us and I will pretty much insist on keeping together, |

I will not be doing it but my 4 students will be. At the last minute one of my students said he wanted to do it so i let him have my spot. Ive got 4 kits to set up and to make sure one of them can do it as he is young. I cannot wait for you all to do it but i hope my students get the job done. |
