Does not compute.

The "more popularity" bit only works if your initial followers enthuse about you to your friends.
If your initial followers only follow you as a favour, they will not spread the word.

Best of luck though, I would recommend a spoken intro, telling the watcher what they are going to see.

I follow http://www.youtube.com/user/geofffry on Youtube, he's a member here, a great drummer with great structure to his videos.
You could use him as an example.
