If it's anything like the other schemes that have been used to help the construction industry over the past 4 years, it will benefit the big multi-million pound international companies - the Laing O'Rourke's & Skanska's of this world, but small to mid-range companies will not see a penny.
I hope I'm wrong, but I've seen so many companies go to the wall these past few years & if anything it's getting worse. Over 20yrs in the indutry, and I've never seen it so bad. |

If only they made money available 4 years ago to construction then we would not be in such a mess we are now.

I really hope this works its ok telling me about my doom and gloom but ive seen the construction side fall apart.
This country will only get out of the mess we are in is by construction then you will see growth and the young people back in work.

If you watch the BBC in the morning, they have been promoting how easy it is to be a cowboy builder and rip off the vulnerable
Why would anyone want a real job if they can con people out of thousands?

No probs, I prefer to wait until the end/start of Summer but would like it cleaned out and checked, if you can put up with my mother in law moaning |
