Have clicked. Hope the analytics picks it up.

I seem to see some code displayed at the top of your website for some reason.

It works but there's some code stuff at the top of the page.
The grey writing on the black background is too dark and hard to read, what's that black band in the middle as well?

Done.

Funnily enough...I've been having a similar problems with my bank account. If everyone would be so kind as to deposit some money into my account (even if you don't want to) I would be most grateful. Y'know just to see if it works...

Is your Google Analytics JS code in a <script> block? If not, that could be why analytics isn't working, and why it's displayed on the page.

Looking at the source of the page, I think the offending code may be here:

<body id="page" class="yoopage column-left column-right
<script type="text/javascript">

You've not ended the opening <body> tag, and there's no end quote to the class. If you add "> to the end of that line it might sort it?

Also, not sure if the GA code should be in the body - is that supposed to be in the head?

Yep; the <body> and <class> need closing out. And (also) yep, the anylytics code should really be in the <head> section.

Shark and logic, cheers gents

I thought it should be in the head too but on the google site it wont pick it up in the head

google changed the position of there tracking codes and they keep insisting on putting it onto each page which is completely unnecessary

Dodgy code seems to have gone now... the body tag is now complete as well, which has sorted it. Did you not make any changes? Weird.

I wouldn't have thought so, but I've never seen how Joomla works. Can't hurt to try it though?

Unsure about using a module, I'm a web developer but to be bluntly honest I'm a terrible one

Normally C# or VB myself but been doing a wee bit of HTML lately.

Very badly.

But hey, it pays the bills. I'm sure they'll employ someone to tidy up my sheddy code at some point.
