London Music Show seminar room line-up announced
London Music Show seminar room line-up announced Tickets for the London Music Show, taking place between 8 and 10 October, are now on sale and there are plenty of reasons for drummers to snap up tickets for the event at London''s ExCel Centre. Rhythm magazine will be taking over the show floor to present Rhythm Live – an interactive zone offering kits to try and lessons for drummers of all abilities from an array expert tutors. The Rhythm seminar room will be bringing the best of British to the show, with Kasabian’s Ian Matthews (with bass player Richie Blake in tow) presenting a masterclass in rhythm section perfection, Dave Mackintosh will be showing off his Dragonforce chops and Karl Brazil (Feeder/Robbie Williams) will be bringing along a band to show you exactly what it takes to become a successful working pop drummer. We’re also delighted to confirm that session supremos Ash Soan, Clem Cattini and Neal Wilkinson will be presenting exclusive masterclasses in association with MikeDolbear.com over the weekend. If that’s not enough Ian Thomas will be proving exactly why he has worked with the likes of George Michael, Seal and Tom Jones. Together with his rhythmic partner Laurence Cottle (Eric Clapton, Tony Iommi and Gary Moore) on bass, their seminar will be a must-see. Drum Guru Martin Ranscombe will also be on hand to tell you all there is to know about the art of tuning. Over on the Live Stage we are pleased to announce that Steve White and Craig Blundell will be performing a set composed especially for the show entitled ‘Old School/ New School’. More big names will be announced for the Live Stage very soon… For more information, and to pick up tickets, visit www.londonmusicshow.com |
